Mike Menath, the agency principal and owner, has been in the insurance business for twenty five years. Mike has a broad base of insurance experience first as a direct writer with State Farm Insurance then as an account executive with a large independent agency and finally as owner of this agency. He has experience with all size of accounts from the single auto to the multi-millon dollar business. Mike has additional expertise in life and health insurance.
Mike has been active in the community for many years and has served as President of both Rotary Clubs and the Chamber of Commerce. He has been a baseball coach for Incline High School. He was the Incline Village Little League baseball commissioner for 14 years and a member of the Incline Village General Improvement District Recreation Committee. Mike is past President and current board member of the Incline High School Booster Club. Mike has also served as an Elder in his church and has coached many youth sports. Mike and Lisa are current board members of the North Tahoe Young Life Committee.

Lisa Menath, the agency Vice-President, handles personal lines select accounts. Lisa is service oriented and goes "all out" for her clients. She has a great relationship with company underwriters and is able to place high value homes and autos, as well as a client's complete personal lines portfolio with top rated carriers. Her warm and friendly personality allows clients to feel comfortable with the agency. She considers her clients friends and family and takes their insurance needs personally. Lisa has returned to the agency full time after raising three sons. Ryan is an Air Force pilot, Jacob a college senior and Scott a college freshman. Lisa spreads her warmth and positive attitude to all she comes in contact with.

Ron Wright, an agency shareholder, is a "hands on" account executive. Ron prefers to visit clients on site and does a thorough risk analysis to maximize coverage's for businesses and individuals. Ron's enthusiasm for service and high energy are attributes which set him apart. He is a people person who gets results. Ron is available to call on all size accounts from personal lines to large commercial risks. Ron's specific area of expertise is Condominium Associations, Director's and Officer's coverages and PUD's.

Dave Wertzberger, a commercial lines account executive, brings a diverse business perspective to commercial lines issues. He brings over 35 years of hi-tech marketing sales and management experience to his insurance clients. For 15 years of this time, he started and managed, as CEO, two software and one network engineering and consulting firms. In addition, he was VP of Administration for Accent Optical and setup their worldwide benefits, insurance and IT operations. Dave focuses on long-term client relationships to deliver risk management solutions. Dave is able to put together technical computer applications to business solutions. He is the key man behind Buyer's Insurance, LLC and Pinnacle Insurance, LLC. Both are cutting edge insurance groups that focus on the real estate industry by providing value added relationships to real estate companies.

Sharon Hallmeyer, Marie Marangi and Heather Kapp serve the agency as commercial service representatives. Servicing of commercial lines policies, claims, service requests and general office functions are performed by these efficient and friendly people.
